Student Relationships Manager
The student relationship manager reports directly to Team Leader…..
Reporting Level
The student relationship manager reports directly to Team Leader. In case the team leader is not available, then the SRM reports directly to manager or the assigned senior position.
Roles & Responsibility
- To understand the psychology, interest, preferences and etc. of the students to counsel them about language.

Assist the students in short listing the course and institutions.

To ensure the student satisfaction, sorting out the student’s query. Lead them accordingly if they come across to any ambiguity.

Establishing and maintaining good rapport with prospective students.

Helping students/parents towards a deeper understanding of their concerns.

Helping students/parents to make decisions and choices regarding possible ways forward.
-
Set up sales plan in order to achieve sales target required by the organisation.

Support, motivate team members to achieve individual and team target.
-
Build up good relationship with students and their families.

Work closely with other job functions in the company to improve overall services Level.

Immediate reporting of important issues (service, operational, HR) to direct senior Level, propose solution where possible.

Collect Reviews and feedbacks from Students every 2 Weeks. Interact with the students directly.

Other duties reasonably relating to this position.
Requirement
The SRM should possess the following qualities:
Age Limit 22 – 30
Prior Knowledge: About Germany / Languag e/ Job Opportunities/ VISA(Optional) and etc; fresher is acceptable only if the candidate possesses high sales and intellectual skills.

University degree, fluent in English, good knowledge in Excel, Jira(optional).

Good communicator, strong sales and intellectual skills with proven track record.

Responsibilities:
- Language Instruction: Deliver engaging and interactive German language lessons to students of varying proficiency levels (beginner to advanced) through both in-person and online platforms.
- Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and update instructional materials, lesson plans, and activities that align with the curriculum and address the learning needs of students.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to ensure effective learning.
- Student Engagement: Foster a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages active participation, cultural appreciation, and language practice.
- Customization: Tailor lessons to meet the specific needs and goals of individual students or corporate clients, including business German, exam preparation, and conversational practice.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance. Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, language learning trends, and educational technologies. Participate in professional development opportunities and training sessions.
- Cultural Integration: Incorporate aspects of German culture, history, and current events into lessons to provide a comprehensive learning experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in German, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. A teaching certification or relevant qualifications in German language instruction is preferred.
- Experience(Optional): Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching German as a foreign language. Experience in corporate training or with diverse age groups is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in German. Excellent command of English for effective communication with non-German-speaking students(Optional).
- Teaching Skills: Strong instructional skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using digital tools, language learning software, and virtual classroom platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with students and create a supportive learning environment.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness of and sensitivity to cultural differences, with the ability to incorporate cultural elements into language instruction.
